    Once you have decided where you will be setting up your office (home office or not?) you will need to obtain a business license for that location.
    Contact the Business License Department of the city in which your office will be located and request that an application be mailed (or faxed) to you. I would expect that eventually you will be able to purchase your city business licenses on the World Wide Web.
